Preparation before installation of membrane components

Prepare a series of items before loading and unloading membrane components: lubricated glycerin, protective glasses, operating platform, waterproof rubber boots, rubber gloves, and clean cloth;

A table used to record the position, debugging, and operation data of membrane components;

Carefully inspect the upstream inlet pipeline and remove all dust, grease, metal debris, etc. If necessary, clean the inlet pipeline and reverse osmosis pressure vessel to ensure that all foreign objects are effectively removed.

Remove the end plate and thrust ring of the pressure vessel, check the cleanliness inside the pressure vessel, and if there is any dust and sediment, use a clean cloth to clean them back and forth.

Installation of membrane components

Carefully remove the first membrane element from the packaging box, record the membrane element number, check whether the position and direction of the Y-shaped ring (saline sealing ring) on the element are correct (the opening direction of the V-shaped ring must face the water inlet direction), and apply a small amount of glycerol to the inner walls of the center pipes at both ends of the first membrane;

The membrane element must be installed from the inlet end of the pressure vessel, and the end of the first membrane element without a Y-shaped ring must be parallel pushed into the pressure vessel until the membrane element is exposed about 1/5 length (20cm) outside the pressure vessel. A small amount of glycerol should be applied to the Y-shaped ring and the 'O' ring on the connector, and the connector should be inserted into the center tube of the first membrane element;

Take out the second membrane element, check the position and direction of the Y-shaped ring, apply a small amount of glycerol to the inner wall of the central tube at both ends of the second membrane, fix the first membrane element to prevent it from being pushed into the pressure vessel, and hold the second membrane element parallel. Insert the other end of the connector inside the central tube of the first membrane element into the central tube of the second membrane element. At this time, ensure that the connector is parallel and not bear the weight of the membrane element, Push the second membrane element into the pressure vessel until it is exposed about 1/5 (20cm) outside the pressure vessel, apply a small amount of glycerin to the Y-ring and the 'O' ring on the connector, and insert the connector into the center tube of the second membrane element;

Repeat the previous operation until all membrane components are loaded into the pressure vessel, and note that the last membrane component does not need to be inserted into the central pipe connector;

Transfer to the outlet end of the pressure vessel, install the thrust ring, and install the sealing assembly of the outlet end plate of the pressure vessel;

Transfer to the inlet end of the pressure vessel, fully push the membrane element into the pressure vessel, make the end plate sealing assembly of the outlet end in close contact with the first membrane element, and then install the end plate sealing assembly of the inlet end of the pressure vessel;

Repeat the above steps to install other pressure vessels;

After the installation of all pressure vessel inner membrane components, install the external water inlet, concentrated water, and pure water pipelines.

 

Module disassembly

Firstly, remove the external pipelines at both ends of the pressure vessel, remove the end plate sealing assembly at both ends of the pressure vessel, number all removed components and place them in order.

Push out the membrane components one by one from the inlet end of the pressure vessel. Only one component is allowed to be pushed out at a time. When the component is pushed out of the pressure vessel, it should be promptly caught and the membrane component should be horizontal to prevent damage to the central pipe connector caused by gravity. The membrane component can be rotated appropriately to separate the membrane component from the central pipe connector.
