8 Characteristics of Dalton Reverse Osmosis Membrane Products
1. Pollution resistance: Changing the charge and smoothness of the membrane surface, increasing hydrophilicity, reducing the adhesion of pollutants and microorganisms on the membrane surface, possessing stronger anti fouling performance, ensuring effective recovery after chemical cleaning, and thus extending the service life of the membrane



2. High desalination: desalination rate of seawater desalination membrane and desalination rate of anti pollution membrane


3. Low pressure difference: The Dalton membrane has a 35mil special inlet channel, which makes the water flow distribution more balanced and can significantly reduce the system pressure difference.

4. Strong antioxidant ability: The supporting layer of Dalton film has strong compressive tightness at the bottom, thick and dense skin layer, resistant to chemical degradation, wear resistance, and good chemical stability.

5. Alkali and acid resistance: resistant to erosion by cleaning agents, with a pH range of 1-13 for more thorough cleaning.


6. High temperature resistance: Conventional temperature resistance of 45 ℃, special separation membrane temperature resistance of 85 ℃.

7. Larger detachment area: The maximum membrane area of Dalton membrane is 440-480 square feet, which is 10-20% larger than traditional membrane area and can effectively improve the water production of a single membrane.

8. Extremely low operating pressure: A stable production can be achieved by increasing the inlet pressure to 0.48 MPa (70psi).
